christmas in khao yai

Recently spent my second holiday season in Thailand. Last year was pretty tough for me, so I knew I wanted to do something big this time around. What started as just getting out of Bangkok to ride horses up north in Khao Yai developed into renting an amazing Airbnb with fifteen of my favorite Bangkok kids. As much as I love my family Christmases, this was one for the books.

Thank you to everyone who came and brought so much to our little holiday weekend. I managed to avoid any drunken speeches (unlike the last holiday event I held), but I am truly thankful for you nerds.

Had we been on these trails maybe a week or two earlier, we would have been surrounded by sunflowers as far as the eye could see. Unfortunately, we got all the dying stalks.
